Description
Add a modular plate system to the top of your Canon EOS C400 cinema camera with this Top Plate System from Wooden Camera. The system includes a center top plate, two symmetrical left/right top plates, and a top plate-mounting front dual rod clamp.
The center top plate mounts onto the top center of the camera using screws, providing alternate mounting for the Ultra Handle 5" to replace the original top handle. The two side plates can mount on either side of the camera top, providing multiple 1/4"-20 and 3/8"-16 threads. The rod clamp mounts onto the front of the center, left, or right top plate, providing mounting for separately available 15mm rods.
This Center Top Plate from Wooden Camera is designed to mount onto the top center of the Canon EOS C400 camera to add accessories such as a replacement top handle. The plate installs onto the camera using three 1/4"-20 screws. It is compatible with the optional Ultra Handle 5" kit to replace the original C400 top handle, and there are markings etched on the plate for optimal mounting for the Ultra Handle.
There are multiple 3/8"-16 threads along the plate, including multiple 3/8"-16 threads on the front for front-mounted accessories such as optional bolt-on rods and rod clamps.
This Top Plate from Wooden Camera is designed to mount onto the top of the Canon EOS C400 camera to add accessories and additional mounting options. The single plate is symmetrical and can flip upside down and install on either side of the camera top.
There are multiple 1/4"-20 and 3/8"-16 threads along the plate, and multiple 3/8"-16 threads on the front allow for front-mounted accessories, such as optional bolt-on rods and rod clamps. The separately available NATO side rail for the C400 can also be installed using the plate.
NOTE: If the operator wants to use the tape hook while the top plate is installed, they must remove the film plane tape hook and install it on the top plate for proper installation.
